Hey all,
I recently started two cozy mystery series and while I like them, they have dark moments that just put me in a funk (one has rape, the other a little too graphic about the murder). I’m living alone away from my fiancé trying to get a law degree and I just need something fun, happy, and easy. The mystery aspect keeps me engaged so I prefer those over romance and fiction novels (mystery with romance is always nice!) I love anything that creates a whole world or vibe, so series are typically my jam. For example, book series I recently read were set in the south, England, then a supernatural town. Something kitsch. I also love baking mysteries, those are always light. What are some of your favs? My preferred medium is audiobooks if that factors in at all.
