I love reading and i love to lift heavy circles so i thought why not read about it too. Throw anything at me regarding mindset/training program or techniques. I just wanna learn more about this amazing sport.

The reccomendation can also be about body weight training, in general anything regarding muscle hypertrophy, hell if you have a book about excercise in general that you really like would also be great!

    1. The RP Strength books are good. They’re very science focused and explain a lot about volume and recovery and finding an effective balance.

Greg Everett (from Catalyst) has books on Olympic weightlifting if that’s the kind of heavy circles you are into.

I’m currently reading Built From Broken by Scott Hogan. I’ve got some nagging injuries and he talks a lot about how “Motion is lotion” in regards to staying active even while injured to keep joint/tendon strength. It prevents me from feeling too much despair about being injured.
