Not really sure how to describe what I’m looking for but I (20F) am the oldest of 8 and a quick look through my post history probably reflects that I find this draining sometimes lol. There are moments where I find myself wishing for a sibling who would do all the things for me that I do for my own siblings. So in place of that, I’d love to read books that feel like an older sister wrote them or even just covers the “eldest daughter experience.” I guess i’m really just looking for something that exudes care and comfort without shying away from discussing pain and hurt, if that makes sense?
Mostly a non-fiction kinda gal, especially memoirs, but I would greatly appreciate any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance!
