My mom wants to improve her English so I want to get her some books. She has enjoyed Kira-Kira by Cynthia Kadohata and Walk Two Moons by Sharon Creech. She’s already watched Bridge to Terabithia so I’m not sure if she’s interested in reading the book. I’m looking for more books that capture the same sort of mood that these books do, something short and easy to read that brought you to tears.
