Fantasy books with healthy adult romance

Hi all! I am looking for an interesting fantasy book that focus on plot and world building that also have a healthy adult romance (it can be a bit angsty but I’d like to see characters growing).

I recently read Fourth Wing and was disappointed by toxic relationship and wanted more story and world building.
