Fiction that handles the topic of male on male sexual violence realistically

I’ve read far too may fiction and non fiction accounts that either romanticizes it (disgusting) or outright ignores the long term impact on the victim.

Basically there are novels that tackle the struggles of female victims, but I have been unable to find one that does the same for a men.
