    Hey everyone,

I’ve always been into YA/Dystopian/Crime/Thriller books but have recently decided to explore other genres outside of my comfort zone for a change.

I was at the bookstore a week ago and picked up the book A Book of American Martyrs and loved it. Finished it within a week. I guess the genre of this book would be fiction right? General fiction maybe? I’m not really sure but whatever it is, I’d love to read more books similar to it!

I liked how the author left it up to the reader to decide how they felt about either side of the conflict in question. It didn’t seem preachy or philosophical in anyway, which I loved. It’s a book that contained a lot of controversial thoughts and ideas but you could never tell how the author felt about those topics.

Do you guys have any suggestions for book similar to this one?
