Are there significant differences between The Art of Public Speaking, How to Develop Self-Confidence and Influence People by Public Speaking and The Quick and Easy Way of Effective Speaking by Dale Carnegie?

They all have speaking in their title, so I would assume they all talk about public speaking.

So which one should I read? Which one is the best in your opinion?

Or should I read them all? If so, in what order should I read them? I would like to read the best and second best first.
