Here’s the thing. I typically really dislike the “self help” genre, though I do enjoy nonfiction and memoir.
Upon reflection I’m realizing that I’m having a quarter life (hopefully) crisis. I don’t think I’ve ever truly given myself unconditional love and that’s caused many of my issues.
Any suggestions on books that may help or give food for thought that aren’t cliche?

How about [How to Keep House While Drowning](https://app.thestorygraph.com/books/e7cfc0bb-e6c3-44cf-a0f5-9d9dab180535) by KC Davis? That one made my mom tear up because it was so cathartic.
