Hi all 🙂 ive recently gotten back into regularly reading novels but I’ve never read an adult romance/erotica before so I was hoping for recs, especially because I’m looking for something kind of specific.
I’m looking for an book that is:
\- A novel, not short story collections
\- Erotica/smut, doesn’t have to be extremely spicy or intense or kinky (would prefer something pretty vanilla)
\- Well written — I don’t want anything Colleen Hoover esque. Authors I like are James Baldwin and especially Haruki Murakami. I want something really beautiful and romantic but also sexy
\- Not fantasy — seems like a lot of romance novels are fantastical or medieval or magical, I’d prefer something contemporary!
\- Preferably not historical fiction
\- Prefer single novels, not long series, but welcome to trilogies
\- I read physical books not kindles, so a discreet cover is preferred
