Memory, Sorrow and Thorn series by Tad Williams. First book is The Dragonbone Chair.

Discworld Series. It’s a bit of a comedic, satirical fantasy series about witches, wizards, and a flat planet. I think this that like Harry Potter might generally enjoy it, though it’s more about world building than fixed characters (there are repeating characters throughout the 41 book series). I wouldn’t necessarily start with book 1 (not that there is anything wrong with it) but rather start with one of the higher rated books or subseries.
Guards! Guards!, Small Gods, The Wee Free Men, and Equal Rites are not bad starting points, but there are many opinions. I actually did start with book 1. The Colour of Magic, which isn’t bad and ends in a “cliff hanger”.
