Recommend a thriller/mystery for me where a big aspect of the book is relationships between the characters! Examples:
-2 people working to solve a case become friends
-someone is hired to protect another person and they fall in love
-someone who was missing returns and we learn about them and their family
-close knit community with secrets

I’m not sure if it really meets all of the criteria but how about ‘In the Woods’
