    I’m very overweight, somewhat limited due to some health conditions. I was wondering if there are any books that can slowly guide me into becoming fit again and more conditioned? Ideally something low-impact to start with.

    I’ve tried physiotherapy but it wasn’t helpful or really tailored to me :/ not sure if such a book exists but worth asking nonetheless. Thank you!
