no spoilers please for the second half, although there will be light spoilers for the first part.
okay so from what i’ve gathered this book is an amalgamation of 4 separate books all taking place within that world during the roaring 20s. what is confusing me so far is that the first book and second book are completely unrelated to each other outside of the fact that both subjects have the same lives.
from what i gather, both bevel and benjamin rask have had very similar life events happen to them. bevel seems a bit older and far more egotistical than rask. what confuses me is that they don’t mention each other at all?
i thought this was the story of benjamin rask. why doesn’t bevel mention him?
