She really likes reading romances and lately even started to read fantasy books as well.
It would be great if the book is not part of a trilogy, like the story can be told in one book. (English isnt my first language, so I dont really know the specific word for that)
But if its not possible than a trilogy or multiple books are fine as well.
My friend is a fast reader and she probably would have read the whole Library of Alexandria by now, if it still had existed today, so I am really looking for something that has a more original or unique plot. I am not an expert in the fantasy and romance genre, so I dont really know what cliques and commom tropes there are. I had hoped that you guys could help me out a bit and suggest me something. Thank you very much for answers already.

I would definitely recommend checking out Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros. Loved that book and really hits the fantasy and romance category. There is a sequel to it now as well.
