Excluding Sapiens, can anyone suggest some titles that discuss the lives, spirituality, cultures, practices, etc., of primitive humans (including related species like Neanderthals)? I’m not looking for genetic studies or anything too academic. I really just want to get a good feel for what life was like for prehistoric homo-sapiens and other relevant species prior to the creation of societies. Thanks!
