Nonfiction only, please!
I want it to be interesting, but not so interesting that I’ll stay up late reading it.
I often read memoirs and biographies, or even self help. I loved Crying at H Mart and I’m Glad My Mom Died
I love comedy, like David Sedaris.
I can do true crime and adventure stories, but I don’t want anything too gory or scary before bed. I can’t do war, military, or spy stuff unless it’s about something really old (like pre 20th century).
Lately I’ve been on a health kick, reading Why We Sleep, Breath, the Big Fat Surprise, and a few others in that genre, so I wouldn’t mind a few more of those.
Anything in those categories would be great. If there’s another nonfiction genre I haven’t considered, I’m open to it.
