I’ve always been a massive fan of Lovecraft’s books, especially those like Mountains of Madness and The Nameless City, where the narrator is exploring ancient ruins and treasure. I’ve also always returned to ‘The Mummy’ from 1999 as a comfort movie. There’s something about that early 1900s exploring era, filling in the gaps of the world maps and history that I just love. Any suggestions of the sort, no matter if its a short story or a novel, I’d love any suggestions. Thanks! 🙂
