My falsies favorite author by far is Brandon Sanderson. I devoured all his series except for Alkatraz. I read Stormlight and both Mistborn series twice.
I enjoyed wheel of time. I loved enders game. I enjoyed Dune.
What are some other fantasy or sci fi series that I would like?

For sci fi, both the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown and the Hyperion cantos by Dan Simmons are fantastic reads.
I haven’t read these two trilogies, but the Poppy War by RF Kuang and Jade Bone saga by Fonda Lee are both highly praised modern fantasy series.
Another great fantasy series is the first law trilogy by Joe abercrombie if you like grimdark
