Books like Siddartha, Meditations, the art of being happy, need some mental health improvement after being in a bad emotional state. Preferably by a non US writer & non fiction genre

I really loved Siddartha in the past, as well as meditations by Marcus Aurelius. I also kind of liked Schopenhauer howver he was more cynic in his approach than me.

I’m in a bad mental health lately and I’m looking some recs that are probably like Siddartha, I’m not a big fan of fiction and I prefer non US writers (I’m European and I like to read most classic/old philosophy of every culture).
