I just read E.M. Forster’s “Maurice” and it became my favorite book. I thought the novel was fascinating to read with the time period in mind. Already a fan of Oscar Wilde, it was interesting to see how the social order impacting the development and delay of publication. It’s nice to see LGBT individuals still living and being themselves during such time periods.
