The Divided Half by Brit Bennett is a National Book Award winner that is an amazing story of race, family, and America in the second half of the century that has a wonderful trans male character.

The Affair of the Mysterious Letter by Alexis Hall has a trans male main character. It’s a trippy fantasy sci-fi take on Sherlock Holmes.
