I’m in a reading rut

Hi friends. Lately, I keep picking books up and putting them down after a few chapters. I like historical fiction, thrillers, true crime, anything that really hooks you. My recent finished reads include: The Bookwoman’s Daughter, The Marriage Portrait, and Where The Crawdads Sing. I don’t like anything too gory or graphic, for instance, Verity was too much for me. I do mostly audiobooks on hoopla
