A fun horror mystery
Cat and mouse cop/antihero (Leon/Ada)
The occasional twist out of no where that only barely makes sense.
Betrayal from a mentor/friend.
Bonus points for giant snakes.
Basically I want a series where the author’s imagination just goes for everything.
