Hiya! I’m looking for novels from the 1920s (or around that era ‘10s-30s) that include a tragic romantic story or complicated love. Books with a similar vibe to Fitzgerald ‘s Tender is the night and Gatsby or Hemingway’s The sun also rises. I’ve also read bonjour tristesse, which although doesn’t have much romance, has a certain vibe. Would like something that’s not entirely war based although don’t mind bits here and there.
