Suggest me some books on racism on queer spaces

Hello! I know someone who wants to educate themselves about racism in queer spaces, but has been having trouble finding stuff that isn’t either:

a) written by white people, or

b) written in a way the average layman can understand (i.e, no academic jargon).

So I’d like to get some suggestions to help them out. If anyone can recommend me some good books on this stuff, I’d really appreciate it! 🙂
