Hey, I‘ve been very interested in Philosophy since I was 11 years old and recently my attention got dragged into literature, especially Kafka and Camus. Since I‘ve only read Manga till now, I dont have any Idea where to start my book journey.
Do you guys have any Suggestions what Books I should get from Kafka and Camus? What are the classics of them?
I‘m from Germany, maybe some of you could tell me if the artistry of Camus‘ language peels of in the translations.
Though I think I have a solid competence of understanding art and literature, please suggest me Books of them that are not all to complicated.
Feel free to suggest other Philosophy books too!
Thanks in advance.

Metamorphosis is quick and not complex.
My favorite by Kafka is The Trial.
I read the stranger by Albert Camus in high school. At the time, I thought it sucked, but I still think about it all the time. It’s a short book, and the second half is very fast-paced.
