Hello, I’m looking for a horror novel that deals with real world topics. I don’t want to specify too much on what I’m looking for because I don’t want anyone to hone in on that one thing.
But please NO supernatural stuff. I really want real world scenarios only. Anything that made you stop reading because it was just too much.. i’m not referring to graphic depictions either. I mean the subject that’s being spoken of is just really close to home, maybe?
It can be anything. Murder and mayhem, war, sensitive subjects, anything!
And I’ll be that guy and ask that no book pushers that get free books or paid to review books respond to this post with the newest book that came/coming out from the author you’re pushing. I can smell it a mile away. No offense.
