Hey everyone. I just wanted to ask if reading the book is worth it after the show? Is it different enough to justify it? I know the overarching premise is likely similar, but then again, with how shows are done these days, it may be entirely different. Is there enough extra detail or content to make reading it worth it?
I would read an article or watch a video, but I’m trying to avoid potential spoilers for the book.
Can anyone please help me out?

Yes. read the books. As always they are better. That’s not to detract from the show. There is quite a bit different/removed from the book, but it was still a pretty good representation of the story.
I read the books beforehand, and still enjoyed the show.
The show is very different. They change and add quite a bit. Both are definitely worth it though.
