Please suggest me a self help book for depressed people
Is there any book that can help motivate to find blessing in the littlest things and things to look forward to? Does 101 essays that will change the way you think by Brianna Wiest worth reading?
My two cents..look to fiction, maybe someone can suggest a book with a character successfully dealing with it. I went the self help book route myself.. And just found most of them could have been a short article with some bullet points.

Fiction, not self-help! Honestly, as a former self-help junkie with depression, they often made it worse. Find a lovely fiction book and go from there. Maybe check out cozy reads ie something like Legends & Latte’s.
The thing I also found helpful was to list 5 things I’m grateful for at the moment- and they can be as small as “the clouds look really cool” or “the coffee tastes great.” Huge love and I hope you find your way.
