My family of 6 went to the same beach town every summer. I’m trying to find other books that follow this theme. I’m looking for books that are the Summer I Turned Pretty. Preferably no magic, contemporary, fiction, non-fiction, America, over a series of decades teens, young adult, adult, old
Bonus – no murder/death trope and no love triangle

Would you settle for a lake instead of a beach? If so, maybe try Every Summer After by Carley Fortune.
I believe Mary Kay Andres has a few books that fit the theme you requested.
Full disclosure: I have not read the books you mentioned in your post. And I have not read the author I’m about to recommend. But I think she has a few books that fit the recurring vacation theme. I have only read the descriptions of her books in the book store.
The Last Summer of You and Me is about sisters over a series of years visiting a summer beach town as they grow up— I guess it violates your list of “no”s but your list covers everything! It was memorably beautiful.
The Beach Trap by Ali Brady is similar to this. It’s a YA book but it’s about two girls who find out they are half sisters and inherit a beach house.
Not really what you’re asking but there is some overlap. The Burnout by Sophie Kinsella has a protagonist (with a burnout), who revisits the seaside town where she went on holiday as a girl and revisiting those memories.
Call Me By Your Name has a similar vibe but boy protagonist
Have a look at Diane Chamberlain’s books, some of them would suit you.
The Summer of Broken Rules by K.L. Walther fits this perfectly.
