I’ve gotten into romance lately — this month I’ve finished Happy Place and The Seven Year Slip. Earlier this year I read Alone With You In The Ether, which I liked more than the former two. I’ve mostly read romance as a backdrop to something else in the plot, so it may take some getting used to to get completely engrossed in the thoughts and feelings of the opposite sex.
My own cursory research so far pointed that the genre is female-dominated, or in the female POV, which I’ve kinda expected. Any recos for books with male leads? Or maybe even written by a male author? (I love John Green) Thanks!
