I read the Shadow of the Wind for the first time during my winter break and really loved it. I love the way the author wrote about the world- I immediately started looking at flights to Spain after finishing it. I can tell the author loves the city he wrote about (or at least was enchanted by it), even if it was just for a fictional young adult novel. Could anyone please recommend a book set in France that does something similar? Basically looking for a well-written book, non fiction or fiction, that will make me want to fly to France tomorrow.
