I have quite a few traumas, fears, ticks from ocd and general intimacy issues that really disturb my day to day life, so I was wondering if anyone knows great books that are easily readable for a person with adhd.
I‘m not hooked on many books and my book collection only consists of non- fiction.
Talking about my problems:
• I have difficulties concentrating/actually doing something because I have to help in the house often or do work for others in my family. If I don‘t do these then I can‘t concentrate on my stuff so its a spiral
• I have ocd, i am afraid something bad happens if I don‘t do a certain thing or say a certain thing in my head before going out gor example and other small things
• Going out anxiety, thinking something bad will happen because there are so many crazy people outside
• Intimacy problems, I only like intimacy with people I love and thinking back Im disgusted touching the men that I touched. Also because for example their skin is not perfect, they have weird hands etc.., which is also going back to the „only if i love them“ thing. If i love someone I can touch them and then they are perfect to me. Maybe its a hygiene thing as well
• Im often overwhelmed
• At home I am made a victim and villain because they keep reminding me that I am still studying in university, and I am not vegan anymore
• I don‘t feel like at home anymore
• I don‘t really am able to cum, even when I‘m doing it alone its really hard
