I spend way more time researching and optimizing my decisions before actually taking them or sticking to them when things slightly deviate from how I envisioned them.
This effects me in all areas of my life whether it’s choosing the best character build in role playing games or deciding how to study for an important test due the very next day.
I haven’t really come across that many books that are genuinely helpful, I don’t like books that read like textbooks or those that rely on “just do it” mechanisms.
Ideally, I’m looking for books that have a nice balance of the two, aren’t super repetitive and most of all are actually helpful. But with how desperate I am to fix this, I’ll take anything.
Thank you!
