I’m looking for a fiction book set in the current period that depicts a large scale war in Europe (WW2 kind of thing). I’d prefer if it wasn’t some kind of alien/zombie theme, but more an aggressor state vs Nato etc. – I suppose not too dissimilar to an escalation of today’s situation with Ukraine and Russia.
