More specifically, a story where the MC is either in a band or performs music.
Hey all, I’m really out of the loop with what’s out and stuff. I haven’t actually read a book in years, and I’ve really wanted to get back into it for a while now. When I start looking though, I start to feel kind of… Overwhelmed? I’m not really sure what to call it tbh.
But that brings me here. I recently got into music, and learning how to play guitar. And even more recently, I’ve somehow gotten the itch to want to write the stories that have bounced around in my head for a while now. I want to write a story about two rock guitarists who overcome personal struggles through each other and eventually get together because of it. But, I know that if I want to do that, I need to read stories that have similar elements so I can learn from it.
So, I’d love some recommendations from you all. Sorry if this isn’t specific enough, I’d be happy to answer any questions if it will help you make a recommendation. I’m sure I’ve forgotten something, so please, feel free to ask. Thank you for your time!
