I want a book that’s gonna teach me tips, mindsets, coping mechanisms. Whatever you wanna call it. I wanna get in to self help books about being less emotional, not taking things too personally, and building a hard exterior.
I’ve started reading “the subtle art of not giving a fuck” but i don’t know if I’m gonna like it. The author seems really upset and is tryna make us all be ok with being upset but I don’t really want that. I want to be happier and have a more healthy confident mindset whilst also not allowing anything to get to me.
Just tryna stop crying. Pls help.
