I’m looking for some specific novels and I’m struggling to find anything similar to what I want. I am looking for a novel set in the older times, close to Victorian era but with a hint of fantasy if possible. While fantasy is preferred, pls still recommend your book even if there is no fantasy. I’m mostly looking for an mc that is success driven or very focused on his goal, no matter what is it. Pls no romance as its just not something I’m into and it ruins the book for me when they focus on the romance for more than two lines. However, opposite gender best friends and found family situations are more than welcome!
