Specifically, I’d like to learn strategies for handling aggressive, violent, domineering, mocking, abusive, and confrontational behavior. My goal is to be able to confidently interact with these individuals and effectively manage situations with them, along with learning how to manage my own emotions and fear in the high-pressure situations they create. Especially helpful would be resources that address dealing with narcissists and manipulative people.
