I am so fascinated by history and was wondering if anyone read any good books about the ancient world? I would love a book with the perspective of a commoner, royalty member or upper class citizen living in Ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt or even a medieval European village. I know books from a characters perspective are hard to come by about the ancient world, but I’d like to know if anyone has read any?
