I’m currently reading a couple long books and I’m in a bit of a slump. I need a good short book to read to get back into it. I love mystery, romance, fantasy and mixture of the three? Or any exciting book really?
Thriller/Mystery: Honestly, i’d recommend any book by Freida McFadden. Her books are mostly fast-paced, around 300 pages tho, so i’m not sure if that’s quite what you’re looking for.

Romance/fantasy: Stardust by Neil Gaiman is about 250 pages and otherwise fits your description…it seemed to go pretty fast. The Ocean at the End of the Lane, also by Gaiman, is just under 200, it’s fantasy and I don’t remember what other genres it might span.
