Looking for books where the MC seemingly out of nowhere inherits a shop(bookstore, bed and breakfast, etc) which turns out to hold magical secrets. Bonus points if it is in a small town where paranormal stuff happens and the citizens of said town can either be aware of or not of the actual true paranormal nature of the strange happenings around town.
