Suggest me a history book that dives into the history of the spread of Christianity.

Hi all. I love to read about history and recently have been interested in looking into the history of early Christianity and how it spread.
However, I am having a hard time finding books that do not have reviews where the book seems to have an agenda of pushing belief/disbelief. Any suggestions? TIA
