Hi folks! I’m looking for book recommendations with good male characters written by female authors, you know that fit the saying “men written by women” about a nice guy. Especially recommendations from the women/females of this community. A male character in a book you enjoyed.
Only character that I have read that fits that description is Atticus Finch by Harper Lee in To Kill a Mockingbird. Just looking to understand women’s perspective.

The hero of The Curse of Chalion by Lois Macmaster Bujold.
Farseer trilogy by Robin Hobb. I can’t tell you how much does the main character fit a “nice guy”, but there is a reason why the book keeps coming up between some of the world’s best fantasy novels. So definitely give it a try if you haven’t already.
