Hello guys,
I am seriously considering becoming a coach/mentor in a specific field where I am very experienced and knowledgeable in, as I find working with clients in a 1 on 1 mentoring way very appealing. I’ve been studying both the craft and publicly available coaching sessions a lot. And also planned on starting my quest with giving away free sessions to clients until I’m satisfied in the fact that I offer a good product.
Yet, **I’m wondering if there’s any must reads as far as 1 on 1 coaching and ”teaching” in general goes.**
I know this is probably quite a niche topic to ask for book suggestions on, but it’s always worth a shot, no?
