Hi Folks, my wife is trying to read more and I want to get her a book for mother’s day. She likes non-fiction books about hiking, backpacking, and general nature adventure. Examples of books she likes include Into the Wild, A Walk in the Woods, Thirst: 2600 Miles from Home, Wild.

Tom Brown’s *Field Guide to Nature Observation and Tracking* is an awesome classic that’s very readable.
He also has a book on nature in your backyard and urban settings that is wonderful too.
