I have come to the realization that whenever I get a little tipsy I start acting like a normal person. I am less insecure more confident have less anxiety and am just freely myself.
Now that’s not a good thing of course because I don’t want to turn into an alcoholic just to feel ‘normal’ hahaha.
I rather want to learn how to always be this anxiety free version of myself.
Does anyone have a good book recommendation that can help me with overcoming those internal barriers of doubt and anxiety.
