I’m currently reading Cat Sense by John Bradshaw. It begins with cats in history and moves on to their psychology today, or as much as we humans can figure out! The cover says “How the new feline science can make you a better friend to your pet”. I’m not done with it yet but I have found some parts too dense for me and others very interesting.
In general most of the typical “car care” books have the same info so you can see what your library has on the stacks or which one you feel like purchasing. I see on the web there’s an ASPCA one, that’s probably comprehensive. I’d suggest reading a couple just in case one has small bits of information not contained in the others. But cat care is not too complicated in general.
