Life is stressful as of late and I’m in desperate need of an escape. I’m looking for an engrossing fantasy adventure that I can disappear into. Preferably a series, so the adventure can last.
Some of my favourite series’ are LoTR, Chronicles of Narnia, The First Law, and The Witcher.

Robert Asprin’s Myth Adventure series – it’s fun, quick, and light.
The Chrestomanci series by Diana Wynne Jones is also fun. Each book is a standalone but they are all linked by being part of the same universe. You don’t have to read them chronologically. But I recommend you start with *Charmed Life* or *The Magicians of Caprona*. (note of trivia – D.W. Jones had Lewis & Tolkien as professors, if I recall!!)
